Space Scrambler is a scrambler style ride made by the Eli Bridge Company.
Space Scrambler is a standard scrambler ride. It features 12 cars that each hold up to three people. The ride rotates in a clockwise direction with three large arms that hold onto spinning groups of cars. At the end of each arm is a set of four cars that also spin around a point in a counter-clockwise direction. The movement between both rotating points creates centrifugal force for the riders that push them to the outer edge of the car. This makes it so the rider sitting on the outside will get squished by those riding with them.
In 1999, Lagoon gave Space Scrambler an updated paint job with glitter paint. Space Scrambler's paint job also features the only space-style Lagoon logo on the park. The logo can be seen on the back of each car with a star, planet, and sun inside of the word Lagoon.
