Not the third roller coaster at Lagoon
According to lagoonhistory.com Jet star 2 was preceded by Scenic Railway, Roller Coaster, Kiddie Coaster, Wild Mouse 1965 and Wild Mouse 1973, so it was at least the 6th roller coaster at Lagoon.
I think it would be best described as "The oldest steel roller coaster at Lagoon"
