The Golden Spike Cobb - Fresh mixed greens toppped with grilled chicken breast, bacon crumbles, chopped eggs, grape tomatoes, and blue cheese crumbles. Suggest salad dressing: Blue Cheese.
The Mountain Man Summer Berry - Fresh mixed greens topped with grilled chicken breast, diced strawberries, blueberries, craisins, feta cheese, and slivered almonds. Suggested salad dressing: Blackberry Peppercorn Vinaigrette or Blood Orange Shallot Vinaigrette.
